One of my life passions is designing effective learning processes, creating a space for partnership relations, motivating the student to take the initiative and proactive attitude in the learning process.

What is important to me in education? Relationships, emotions, a sense of community, cooperation, choice, getting to know each student. I try to make learning a fascinating adventure for me and my students.

Since 2013, I have been running my academic courses at the University of Gdansk in a gamified form, now (since 2020) I am continuing this at the Gdansk University of Technology.

Both students and I love this form of work. I am happy to share my experience with other teachers. 

I am also a biologist working on tropical orchid species scientifically for 20 years at the University of Gdańsk.

Now, I manage a new unit at the Gdansk Tech, the Centre for Innovative Education.
